Job Description:

Teachers will teach enrichment units and supervise students during the entirety of the Summer Program.  Teachers will provide specified information to the Site Director for use by the Summer Program and for reporting purposes.  Teachers are expected to maintain the tone and standards for the Summer Program through attention to program quality and maintenance of a consistently safe and nurturing environment.

Summer Substitute Teacher

Job Description:

Substitute teachers will carry out the lesson plans and meet the duties of teaching in the absence of a certified teacher in the Summer Program.  Substitute teachers are expected to maintain the tone and standards for the Summer Program through attention to program quality and maintenance of a consistently safe and nurturing environment.

Youth Development Leader

Job Description:

Under the direction of the Site Director, Youth Development Counselors will implement recreational activities with groups of up to 16 students.  They will work as a member of a team to implement age-appropriate learning and enrichment activities.  Youth Development Leaders will serve as positive role models by displaying positive behaviors encouraging students to respect themselves as well as others.

Lead Teacher/Early Childhood Center

Job Description:

The position will provide a quality, caring and supportive environment for children by effectively planning and implementing developmentally appropriate learning experiences which advance the intellectual, emotional, social and physical development of children in a safe and healthy learning environment.  The Lead Teacher will encourage and support the development of relationships between children and their families.

The Lead Teacher will guide the teaching assistant and facilitate a team teaching environment.
